The villa is a one-off in design with the atrium style round living area which allows light into the centre of the villa being the focus around which the house revolves with the bedrooms overlooking it from the second floor. It truly is stunning!
The living space has large comfortable Italian designer sofas and plenty of space to chill with the terrace and infinity pool just a few steps away. There is a 51 inch High Definition TV, WDTV, HDMI, Bose Idoc surround sound. Wifi is of course available in the villa.
The kitchen is ultra modern in sleek gloss white with black granite worktops and integral appliances including a dishwasher. The kitchen is well equipped for dining at home if you fancy a quiet night in. The dining area seats up to 14 and there is cutlery and crockery aplenty. There are options for dining outside with a large table and comfortable chairs in a shaded area of the terrace as well as an indoor dining table for cooler mornings and evenings at the beginning and end of the season.
The upper floor bedrooms have modern open styling and open views across Kalkan bay. The floor to ceiling windows make the most of the stunning views from every room.
Bedrooms 1-5 have luxury king-size beds. Bedrooms 6 and 7 have twin beds allowing for a mix of either families holidaying together or a group of friends. The beds are comfortable and bed linen good quality. All bedrooms have luxury en-suite bathrooms.
The main feature of the outdoor space is a D shaped infinity pool from where you can float and relax with the stunning panorama of Kalkan Bay in front of you. The sunbeds and parasols allow for sun and shade as you wish. The ambient lighting for the evenings is an added bonus.
There are comfortable seating areas and coffee tables outside to enable you to spend as much time as possible in the open air in true Mediterranean style. There is also a barbecue for al fresco cooking. The villa has fully irrigated landscaped gardens to all sides.
There is a garage for car parking and space on the street.
